By accessing or using the Muzem mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Users must be at least 13 years old.
Artists may receive earnings based on platform activity, props received, and tipping. Muzem facilitates payments through Stripe and reserves the right to adjust or withhold payouts due to fraud, policy violations, or incomplete verification.
Props and challenge completions contribute to visibility and payouts but do not represent ownership or equity.
Users must not upload offensive, copyrighted, or illegal content. Muzem reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts for violations.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of updates.
